Beef Bulgogi Pilaf
Love the beef and sauce in this one! You wouldn't think they'd go together, but they do! The rice was fine, just needs a bit more flavor of its own (maybe some chicken stock or butter or something)

Japchae Bap (Stir-Fried Glass Noodles & Beef)
Flavors were excellent in this one, it was just that the beef and noodles seemed to swap textures. The noodles were too soft and soggy, and the beef was more thoroughly cooked and stiff than I would prefer

Baked BBQ Chicken
Love the cheesy mashed potatoes, but the chicken could use a bit more salt or general flavor. Even with the sauce it just seemed less flavorful than the teriyaki version of this dish. The broccolini was also not as flavorful as the teriyaki version for some reason, it seemed pretty bland

Japanese-Style Chicken Katsu Curry
The curry is great, the chicken could just use a little more flavor. The breading is generally pretty flavorless and could use just a little salt or pepper or something

Mushroom & Chicken Curry
Not my cup of tea.

Japanese-Style Chicken Katsu Curry
Good flavor, would microwave as it got pretty dry

Creamy Miso Salmon over Udon
I was pretty surprised by how good this one was. Definitely getting it again. All I'd want is more salmon, but the udon noodles are filling enough.

Japanese-Style Chicken Katsu Curry
It was alright. Curry was a little bland, could use a bit more heat.
