You know what I love about this meal? It's so tasty and addicting, you wont mind eating them everyday. These delicious meatballs are low-carb, Keto, low-glycemic, and gluten free!

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 15-20 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 1.5-3.5 mins. or until heated through. 4. Enjoy!

I honestly have to say, i did not think i would like this. But to my surprise, it was one of my favorite meals this week. It comes with a sauce that you pour over the meatballs and veggie and it tastes AMAZING.

The meatballs were overcooked and dry and the proportion of carrots to cauliflower was too high on the carrot side. That cauliflower though, best part of the dish. I could have eaten a whole container of it!

The sauce that accompanied the meatballs tasted like sour milk. Although the ingredients did not list bell peppers, the chef included them anyway. Since I'm allergic to bell peppers, I was really frustrated with CookUnity.

In edible! The meatballs were dry. The vegetables were bland and boring. The whole thing was just not good. Threw it out!

Meatballs dried out....

Meatballs dried out. Veggies were gross. I am not sure what makes this Greek. I cancelled my order for next week and all orders in the future. My first order was wrong I got 5 meals instead of 6. And raw salmon was substituted for a meal that I ordered. I have one more meal left and it will probably be the same par as all other meals. Your packaging leaves a lot to be desired -as I needed to take a picture and enlarge cooking directions to see them. I was really hopeful about this product as it is quick and single serving. But it has proven to be extremely disappointing. Please remove me from your meal service. It would be nice if you would credit me the $11. Credit back to my card. Came with two medium sized meatballs, which were completely raw inside even after reheating. Had to extend the cooking time to make sure they were cooked. Meatballs were very bland.
