Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 12 mins or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top.

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 2 mins. 3. Pour sauce on top.
