Story of the Meal

Salmon is pan-fried at high heat, nice and crispy finish on the outside but moist and tender on the inside. Season the salmon with cajun seasoning that is full of flavour that includes a spicy heat that goes perfectly with fresh avocado and cucumber salsa.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Peel back film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

I ate it right now and it was soooo good I loved it salmon was cooked perfectly flavor was good and I enjoyed that cucumber salad one of my favorites from now on! I totally recommend it! :)

The salmon was great...

The salmon was great, but the instructions said to heat everything up. A hot avocado and cucumber salad didn't sound like a good thing...I ate that cold.

Overall tasty, the salmon wasn’t over cooked even with reheating it. The cucumber salsa was a little watery.

The salmon was very tasty, but I was very disappointed by the salsa. The instructions said to put the salsa on and then warm it up, but when I did, the cucumbers were kind of squishy and not very appetizing.
