Story of the Meal

Salmon is pan-fried at high heat, nice and crispy finish on the outside but moist and tender on the inside. Season the salmon with cajun seasoning that is full of flavour that includes a spicy heat that goes perfectly with fresh avocado and cucumber salsa.

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Heat the salmon for 10 mins or until heated through. 4. Do not heat cucumber and avocado salad. 5. Pour sauce on top.

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave the salmon for 1.5 mins. 3. Do not heat cucumber and avocado salad. 4. Remove film. 5. Pour sauce on top.
