Story of the Meal

Lightly seasoned short rib braised to perfection until so tender the ribs fall off. Infused with flavorful aromatic garlic, onions and thyme and glazed with red whine reduction. Paired with buttermilk mashed potatoes and honey-glazed carrots, its a meal made in heaven.

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through.

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Remove film.
