Story of the Meal

A fusion of flavors and texture in one classic italian Caprese Salad. Made with crispy-skinned chicken over a bed of hearty quinoa. Quinoa made extra depth and a little sweetness, cooked in chicken stock and tomato paste.

While the chicken wa...

While the chicken was cooked perfectly it appeared to be dark meat which I am not the biggest fan of. The vinaigrette and quinoa were perfect!
