Story of the Meal

Using cauliflower as substite for risotto rice makes this meal a low carb and satisfying paleo meal. It is also gluten, dairy free with a crunch of walnut for that extra boost and nutrient.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

The butternut squash was under-cooked and hard.

The meals arrived to...

The meals arrived to my home and they were not packed properly. Everything was warm, no cold packs in the box. I had to throw them out.
