Story of the Meal

The trick is to use pork belly, slow cooked, to render out the fat to make it tender. Chef used the marinade as a sauce to drizzle on the Chashu. Donburi means sweetened or savory stews on rice.

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Heat oven at 375F. 2. Heat for 10 mins or until heated through.

1. Put the container lid on. 2. Heat for 2 mins on high.
