Former Ozarks farm girl Ari Botsford has a wild breadth of hospitality experience, from cooking for your favorite authors & athletes, to growing rare vegetables on the top of a 4 star hotel, all the way to developing recipes in the test kitchens of healthy East Coast restaurant chain Dig Inn. She’s worked for big names in the locavore food movement, like 61 Local, Bond & Taylor, Fleisher’s Pastured Meats, DeBragga & Spitler, and Harry & Ida’s. The food Ari cooks is incredibly seasonally driven, inspired by what's growing at this very minute in her very own vegetable garden. In the kitchen, you'll find Ari using the vibrant produce & fresh ingredients, marrying the best of the American South's heritage food traditions, with all the flavors you've come to love from the Middle East & beyond. welcome Brooke Alpert M.S., R.D., C.D.N.

We'd like to welcome nationally recognized nutrition expert, author and New Yorker Brooke Alpert to our CookUnity.

Brooke received her Masters of Science at New York University and completed her dietetic training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. She is the founder of B Nutritious, a private nutrition counseling and consulting firm located on the Upper East Side.

She will work with our artisan chefs community creating even healthier, tastier, more balanced and conscious meals for you to enjoy.
