Chef Christopher Yaccarino's appreciation for Italian and Continental cuisine was developed at a young age, growing up in his grandfather`s restaurant The Venice Resturant l, which was located in Fort Greene Brooklyn for over 40 years. He developed his life long passion for cooking watching his grandfather cook. Chef Christopher attended The Institute Of Culinary education in New York City. He has worked for many fine establishments as well as run successful pop-up resturants around New York. He enjoys studying the nuances of Italain and world cuisines which he enjoys sharing with every dish he creates.
