Chef Irvin started his culinary journey in 2001 working 5-day week cooking 9 hours a day at Osteria Del Circo. He is a well rounded chef able to handle any position in the kitchen. He has a wide range of cuisines from gourmet meals to everyday comfort food as well as vegetarian options. He worked at LeCirque, Waverly Restaurant, and the Atlantic Grill. His strength lies in his ability to create daily specials and run the kitchen with respect and leadership.

Too much mint for me but if you're a mint fan you might enjoy it.

It was good (the ribs were tasty) and well-rounded portion of vegetables: which was great. However, for 15-16 dollars there should've been more ribs. Two small pieces, left me hungry. Disappointing, considering the picture as well.

Too much sauce. Need to be more "raw".
Good flavors. The chard should be cut into bite-sized pieces. Also many pea pods were tough/stringy

This is a favorite. I liked all the flavors together and individually. I did not use the sauce. It did not need it. I would order this again

3 min cook time seemed too long, but delicious
One of our favorites, delicious. Only complaint is the beets side dish is bland, wish it had a different side dish.
Definitely a little dry like other reviewers have said but I forgot to do the extra cooking steps (it was cold) and it was still good!
Flavor was good, but the fritters were a bit dry. Sauce helped some.

I didn't even need the sauce. Delicious!
The fritters were tasty, but a little dry. The sauce was good, as were the beets and potatoes. I liked the addition of scallions to the potatoes, and it was just the right amount.

New dish for us and we loved it. Really good to eat and anytime I can get my 12 year olds to eat vegetables it is always an added bonus.
