A South- Central California Native who began her career in Las Vegas, Nevada. Owner and creator of AnaisEats Catering, Chef Anaise brings to the city of LA her passion for food. Creating a new fresh taste of Creole- Italian cuisine and specialty dishes from the heart of home. Chef Anaise is a culinary graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas finishing the program in Dec. of 2007. She aspires to marry together the fine dining training she has developed over the years from hotels, to corporate kitchens, and catering for private events. To re- create the many meals she remembers every day growing up at the table with her very own family.
