Her love for food grew with every natural bite from her father's backyard garden. Having trained at the French Culinary Institute in Downtown New York City, only seconds away from Chinatown.
She soon grew to realize she had found a true passion.
And with every passing day of following her dreams, she's helping change lives with her creative edge.
Ever since she was a child, there was this fascination with food & kitchens. So, by taking that fascinating dream and turning it into a reality, she aimed to become not only a chef but a chef with an understanding of how sustainability could help in problem-solving for a healthier future. In doing so, it lets her use her imaginative and innovative brain to better help in teaching and creating better meals. Now after 15 years in the Industry, I’ve had the fortunate experience to work in NYC Fast-Paced Restaurants, with POP-Up Kitchens, Celebrity Chefs, NYC High-End Private Catered Events.
