Francesco focuses mainly on Italian food. His food prioritizes ingredients over anything else and loves gardening as a way to be in touch with the best possible ingredients. Francisco has a huge garden where he grows herbs, tomatoes, peppers, greens and many others. He thinks cooking is a process from the ingredients onwards. He cooked most of his life in Italy and now works as a private chef.

Very good, would order again. Spinach was excellent.
I would never think to put a berry glaze on salmon, but the flavors we're complimentary. A little of the glaze goes along way. The sauteed spinach was tasty, a tiny mushy, but still good.

I really wanted to try this combination, and it was very tasty. I think it could have used something citrusy to just bring out the berry a bit more- maybe a touch or orange or lemon? Great with the spinach.
