Francesco focuses mainly on Italian food.   His food prioritizes ingredients over anything else and loves gardening as a way to be in touch with the best possible ingredients. Francisco has a huge garden where he grows herbs, tomatoes, peppers, greens and many others. He thinks cooking is a process from the ingredients onwards.  He cooked most of his life in Italy and now works as a private chef.

Salmon was farmed not wild and fishy. Not enough spinach. Add a grain or starch

delicious blend of flavors. adding whole berries with the sauce and spinach complemented the flavor.

I didn't think the sauteed spinach really suited the flavor of the berries and salmon. Also, it should be made clear that the sauce cup is not ovenproof. The instructions didn't say to remove it from the packaging. I put it in a separate foil cradle to check, and sure enough the lid melted. It was still good without the sauce, though.

It was good. A berry glaze wouldn’t usually be my thing, but wanted to give it a try, so really is more about taste profile preference

Ordered 2 of these. Salmon was underseasoned on both. One had berries with fuzzy mold. Berries have short shelf lives though so we just removed the berries.

The salmon was mostly skin and dark meat which is inedible. It didn’t taste fresh. Threw the salmon out, ate the spinach.

This was a miss for me. Berry glaze didnt have much flavor and i added a bit of brown sugar which helped a lot. Large piece of salmon with just a little spinach.

I would never think to put a berry glaze on salmon, but the flavors we're complimentary. A little of the glaze goes along way. The sauteed spinach was tasty, a tiny mushy, but still good.

I really wanted to try this combination, and it was very tasty. I think it could have used something citrusy to just bring out the berry a bit more- maybe a touch or orange or lemon? Great with the spinach.
