Born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Thatcher was always surrounded by food. After seeing the great food styles of the west, he left to head east where he attended the Culinary Institute of America. Thatcher worked in many high-end restaurants, homes, and events spaces throughout the State of New York. With health, allergenic, and organic cuisine knowledge and over ten years of culinary experience he is always evolving to meet the high standard of private and public clients.

Amazing. BUT would KILL for more sauce and zoodles. Especially the sauce.

very good but again I really don't like anything spicy and it was a bit spicy for me

I heated this up four days after it arrived, so that may have impacted the flavor of the meal, but I thought the meatballs had a sour flavor. Don't get me wrong, I ate the whole thing, but I was expecting a different flavor I guess than what I actually received.

This was delicious. Really great spice kick. The portion of zoodles was a little small though.
