Originally from Long Island, Chef Victoria began her career at the age of 10, helping her mother cook and prep with their catering business. She attended culinary school and fine-tuned her skills especially with Mediterranean, American and Asian food.
For the past 10 years, Chef Victoria has continued to be an expert and refined her crafts as she draws inspiration from her mother with whom she inherited the trait of being so meticulous with each ingredients in cooking. Most importantly, this is her no. 1 rule - Top every meal with passion and love for cooking.
Delicious spaghetti squash and meatballs ! Just as described

The chicken was moist ant the sauce had a nice mild flavor. The cabbage slaw was good. I would like a bit more grapefruit in it. Rice was too much and didn't add anything special to the dish.
Obsessed. It is so difficult to do chicken breast well without drying it out and imparting flavor. Everything was simple, healthy, tasty.

Very upset, no sauce ever arrived. I spoke with the supervisor Hannah and she promised to send healthy Kale and beet salad instead of fattening mashed potatoes and it never happened. So my daughter arrived home at 11:30 pm to eat a crappy dinner from you.

Tasty enough but was missing peas and apples. Instead came with strawberries, which weren't on the ingredient list and which make me break out in a rash! Wouldn't have ordered if I knew I had to eat around strawberries. Also way more quinoa than in the photograph. Overall not what I was expecting.
Chicken and beets were cooked perfectly. But to me, all ingredients didn’t play together. I would give it 4 stars but some mix salad leaves weren’t that fresh (and the dish was consumed right after delivery).

Flavor is good but the chicken was 4 small slices, not the breast as pictured. (One star less for that) Would have like to have less carb rich corn and more green veggies. But kudos on the quantity of veggies. More meals should have more veggies, fewer carbs.
Loved my meal
There was barely any lettuce for one person, never the less two people. This salad for $20+ made me decide to not use cook unity again. Soggy and sad.
Loved the taste and healthiness of this bowl! However, the portion of farro was VERY large. It would be really helpful to have accurate portions so we can rely on the nutrition info!

Best salmon dish I've had--so fresh and absolutely delicious. I think it's better than many of the restaurants which have salmon dishes. I love the cauliflower mash and green beans, and the sauce that comes with a bit of a kick. The side salad is also fresh and tasty. This is the second time I ordered from CookUnity--I had to place an order after seeing this dish on the menu. Thank you for making a high quality, healthy meal!

The salmon itself was very good. Cauliflower mash needed some flavor. Green beans subbed in lieu of the tomato, which were very good. The star was the sauce, loved it. The division within the package was poor, causing a more extensive meld between components than desired. Heating was simple enough in the oven.

Absolutely delicious! Just wish the brussel sprouts didn't have pepper flakes on them. My mouth was on fire!

I wish that I had chosen something else. I was a little disappointed. It felt like I could have been able to eat the same thing if I just put those ingredients together myself. It is the first time I felt like I didn't really like a dish from CookUnity. The farro itself was a little bland, and the vegetables were not cooked the way I thought they would be. I would not try this dish again. The side dish tasted better than the meal itself-- the green beans were fragrant with garlic and perfectly crunchy without being raw. Basically, it was just a raw vegetable and grain salad.
