Taco Bowl with Black Beans and Quinoa

I added some salsa just because. Wish there was a little more spinach but otherwise this was great meal.

Mediterranean Chicken Thighs with Artichokes

I've had small amount of kale before without any issues but the kale in this dish was a bit overwhelming. It left a very bitter aftertaste. This is the first Cook Unity meal I couldn't finish.

Grilled Chicken with Truffle-Mashed Potatoes

Needs gravy or something for moisture. It was a little dry.

Chickpea Buddha Chicken Bowl

There was some kind of grit, like sand in it. I think I was the kale. Makes me think it wasn’t cleaned properly which is kind of gross. On the plus side, it was very tasty and I ate it anyway.

Chicken Barbacoa Bowl

Red onion ran over every other flavor. Waaaaaay too much onion.
