Banana & Nutella Bread Pudding
Was pleasantly surprised by this! Most bread puddings fall short, but when they're good, they're good, and this was good. Had a nice custardy-ness along with plenty of mascarpone and nutella to make it saucy. Now I'd love a more traditional one without the banana and nutella and more of a custard sauce, please!!
