NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 12 mins or until heated through.

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 2 mins.

Directions said to pour sauce over it but mine came with no sauce. So, it was basically plain chicken with veggies. Think it would have been much better had so sort of sauce come with it.
