Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 12 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel back film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 2 mins.

Not pleased that the extra side I was given was couscous when it says the side is a 'simple salad.' Couscous does not go with the dish, nor is it necessary with potatoes.
