Story of the Meal

Chicken is breaded and dredged in egg wash, pan fried in vegetable oil then put in baking pan and topped with fontina and mozerella and tomato sauce and baked, in oven, broccolini is sautéed in red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese , potatoes ate roasted with garlic thyme and oil
