Story of the Meal

This is an easy chicken meal served with a Thai inspired peanut sauce known as satay chicken. The chicken is soaked in a coconut milk marinade before baking in the oven or grilling added with some drizzle of pepper and scallions.

Delicious but small portion.

Peanut sauce was a b...

Peanut sauce was a bit bland. Chicken was good. Mixed it with a rice side as on its own it would not be enough for a meal.

Flavor was fine, but...

Flavor was fine, but the cut of meat was not good and the skin was left on, but not crispy at all.
