Who said eating healthy is boring and flavorless? Deliciously Sweet Jumbo Shrimps roasted with a hint of smoke and spice and tossed with a classic Mediterranean mix of Tuscan kale and black beans, and topped with a touch of Feta. The shrimp was cooke...

The shrimp was cooked well and i loved the size of the shrimp. they were not skimp with the # of shrimp they included. my only complaints were texture of everything else, i wish there were a crunch of something hard in the beans and greens, the cous cous was perfectly cooked. i would have the option of putting the sauces on the side so you can add the sauce into it. i felt it ended up getting a little too mushy as time went on.

The shrimp was fanta...

The shrimp was fantastic and the flavoring was nice, but all together the dish was just okay. Would have been nice to have some kind of crunch or thing to chew - all was a bit too soft for a satisfying meal. Maybe the side could have been crunchy vegetables or something as the beans already give you the carb so with couscous, not a great pair.
