Story of the Meal

This is Chef Chris’s Argentinean Classic! Flank steak is known for being one of the most receptive to marinades, and this chimichurri marinade is known for being one of the most delicious. The vibrant freshness of the parsley and garlic are balanced out by the mellow, smoky flavor of roasted red pepper. Couscous brings a satisfying texture to the plate with it’s soft, pasta bite. We love how this dish recalls vivid memories of grilling meat with family and friends!

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and film. 3. Pour sauce on top. 4. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Microwave for 1.5 mins.

I loved the salad dr...

I loved the salad dressing and the chimichurri sauce! They were so perfect and the amount was great. I really loved the couscous and the fresh tomatoes were great. The steak was good, but I wish it had been a better quality.

The idea of the meal...

The idea of the meal was great, but the execution was lacking. The steak was cooked well, but the chinichurri sauce was somewhat of a let down in flavor. The couscous was a little dry but still flavorful. Not sure it was worth the $15.50 price tag, but I'll potentially try another meal in the future.

i usually make sure to buy this great chef's meals because they are my favorite at cookunity. today's was a swing and a miss for me. the steak was soggy, fatty, and tough. the sauce was overly vinegery. not my favorite.

The steak was overdo...

The steak was overdone - before I reheated it it was already well. I like my steak medium rare so this was sad especially since the steak was a bit tough. The rest of the meal was good though!

Maybe I should have seen the ingredients more carefully, but I'm breaking out in a rash. Not sure what allergy I am experiencing right now.
