Story of the Meal

Another riff on the classic shepherds pie by chef Isaac! A savory filling of lean ground turkey, bok choy and celery is seasoned with honey and soy, and topped with mashed sweet potatoes spiced with chinese five spice powder. Bok choy and sweet potatoes provide nourishing vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidants, so this pie is as nutricious as it is delicious!
