A flavorful and mild spicy chicken and vegetable thai curry recipe. Ready in under 30 minutes, and healthy too!. Made with zuchini and red peppers for a healthy crunch. Coconut milk brings a good amount of sweetness to mellow down the heat from the redy curry paste
