Harissa-Citrus Wild-Caught Salmon

This wholesome dish from Chef Einat features wild-caught salmon glazed with her signature harissa paste, blended with fresh orange and lemon juices, agave syrup, and ground coriander, creating a sweet, spicy, citrusy crust. It’s served over a hearty farro and lentil salad, rich in fiber and protein, with a side of roasted zucchini. A creamy zucchini tzatziki adds a refreshing, tangy finish. Bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying, this is healthy eating at its most delicious.
