Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up the fish for 10 mins.

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave the fish for 1.5 minutes. 3. Peel back film.

The kale salad was really delicious. Something on the cod made it extremely spicy-- not a pleasant surprise.

Suggestion... Add s...

Suggestion... Add some toasted slivered almonds to sprinkle on top for some crunch. 5 stars then.
