This is always perfectly prepared (very rare, so it heats up to medium-well w/o overcooking). My last few orders didn’t come with lettuce/tomato/onion though. I don’t mind because of the bacon, which is even better. I would ask the chef to trim the bacon as much as possible before putting it on the burger since bacon fat doesn’t heat up to a crisp. Usually the pieces are prepped well though.

Missing the must-have condiments for The Great All American Burger -tomatoes, pickles, onions, and iceberg lettuce. Bun was way too soft and fell apart even though I toasted it prior to building the burger. Meat was cooked medium. Perfect there

Hi there it was tasty, but a little small, Id rather have less fries and or no bacon or less bacon and a fatter burger. Fat burgers are always appealing. Bread should be optional, chucked them out. I stay away from bread if I can.

The potato wedges were awesome. The bun shouldn't be pre-toasted as it arrives much too hard.

I expected the hamburger to arrive hot -- heating it in the microwave wasn't ideal. Also, the buns were hard and stale. Still, everything tasted okay -- I just didn't think it was worth the price.

I was skeptical about ordering beef and reheating it. My initial feelings were confirmed. It was a little dry. Tasted like a leftover. The topping were excellent though. Very fresh.

Although the burger was packed with flavor and delicious, the brioche bun couldn't bear the weight of the burger and disintegrated. It may be better to use a potato bun or bun with more moisture in the dough. Also, the fries did not transition well through the microwave, so they had the consistency of roasted potatoes as opposed to French fries. Burgers may not be a good option for Cook Unity's microwave model. I would love to try this burger fresh!
