Story of the Meal

Inspired by a Palestinian specialty involving layers of sumac-spiced chicken, caramelized onion, and pine nuts. All piled-up in a middle eastern flat bread. It's all traditionally piled atop taboon, a type of Middle Eastern flatbread topped with zatar spiced hummus, chicken, onion and pine nuts all rolled up in complex smokey texture.
