One of the dishes I love doing is the flank steak. I make sure I'll have the foodie's taste buds satisfied, mouthgasm. Did you know that a flank steak has fewer calories and more protein than a ribeye or porterhouse?

Known for the best tomatoes around the area, we enjoy their heirloom tomatoes throughout the season. Juicier, red, unperfect, flavorful tomatoes. This is how every tomato should look and taste like. We also get a lot of our seasonal veggies from Summer Wind.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1.Preheat to 350°. 2. Cook for 12 min or until heated through. 3. Pour sauce on top

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Leave the container lid on 2. Cook 1:15 min for rare or 1:35 for medium, 1:50 for well done 3. Pour the sauce on top

Enjoy it cold!

Delicious, but the weight of the dishes was about 100 grams lower than listed and could have used more potatoes and carrots (they were really lacking). Love Chef Ratel's chimichurri sauce.
