Story of the Meal

Nothing like a good grilled steak, creamy potatoes, popovers and gravy dinner!! The Skirt Steak is rub with a perfect balanced seasoning and then grilled to perfection reaching a tender medium rare. The potatoes are sliced and baked as a gratin with roasted garlic, gruyere cheese and a touch of cream. Delicious gravy and a traditional popover accompany this very well balanced dinner. Fresh greens beans add an awesome crunch to this meal.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 375F. 2. Cook for 10 min or until heated through.

1. Leave the container lid on 2. Cook for 1:30 min.

Steak was very well ...

Steak was very well seasoned. Perfectly cooked and moist. Potato Gratin (first time for me) was creamy and delicious The popover was a pleasant surprise..will use some butter next time. Cannot complain about anything concerning my fist Cook Unity meal!
