Really delicious. Super fresh. Sufficient portion of salmon. Daikon was light and flavors pared nicely with the fish.

My dish came missing the radishes and the basil. Although the Damon was cooked properly, and the papaya and daikon was nice and crunchy, it lacked flavor. Maybe that’s why the Chef that created this dish intended for it to have the basil and the radishes.
