Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

In the Ovenrecommended

1. Preheat to 350F. 2. Remove sleeve and peel back film. 3. Heat up for 10 mins or until heated through. 4. Pour sauce on top

Enjoy it cold!

In the Microwave

1. Remove sleeve and peel corner of film to vent. 2. Microwave for 1.5 mins. 3. Peel back film. 4. Pour sauce on top.

The salmon and bruss...

The salmon and brussel sprouts were tasty, but the avocado sauce was loaded with red bell peppers, which I'm allergic to.

This didn't really h...

This didn't really have avocado sauce so much as just nasty mushy avocado. The brussel sprouts were also pretty gross and overcooked. The salmon was fine-a bit dry.
