Summer Wind Farms

Satur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller's restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.

Meals are delivered chilled

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Cook for 12 min or until heated through

That sage sauce! Hol...

That sage sauce! Holy batman. Such a great combination and loved that the fish didn't have any bones. Only complaint is that the roasted broccoli had a little too much salt.

Ok I have never been...

Ok I have never been a trout person, nor has it ever been my go to fish.. Let me just say OMG! This is now my new fav.. amazing.. run don't walk.. full of flavor and nice size too

One of the best cook...

One of the best cookunity meals ever (been a customer for more than a year and a half). Truffle potatoes and the slightly salty roasted broccoli complement the trout perfectly.
