Story of the Meal

First, heat the spices ( masala, paprika, coriander, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli powder) . Add the chicken, the tomato sauce, coconut milk and lemon juice and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy with the cauliflower rice that is a perfect match for this dish. This rich, cream chicken (due to the coconut milk in this case, paleo dish) needs no introduction. Most is probably the best known of all Indian dishes, bursting with flavor and is phenomenally delicious.

Summer Wind Farms

Satur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller's restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 375F 2. Pour sauce on top of chicken 3. Cook for 10 mins or until heated through
