Story of the Meal

Glazed pork marinated in gluten-free soy sauce rice wine vinegar and honey for a sweet blend. Served over a bed of saucy peanut noodles that you can't resist tossed with bok choy, scallions and cabbage.

1. Pour sauce on top. 2. Heat oven at 375F. 3. Heat for 10 mins or until heated through.

In the Microwave

1. Pour sauce on top. 2. Put the container lid on. 3. Heat for 3 mins on high.

I was unprepared for how crazy good this was. It is one of those meals you think about through the week and want again. Heat it in the oven, tho as the microwave doesn’t do justice.
