Story of the Meal

Another seafood dish mediterranean inspired by Chef Francesco. Drizzled cod fillets in balsamic vinaigrette coated in breadcrumbs after. Cod is then seared and finished in the oven alongside crisp and crunchy endive, fennel and orange salad.
