Story of the Meal

Another seafood dish mediterranean inspired by Chef Francesco. Drizzled cod fillets in balsamic vinaigrette coated in breadcrumbs after. Cod is then seared and finished in the oven alongside crisp and crunchy endive, fennel and orange salad.

Containers are oven & microwave safe, lid is not safe.

NOTE: Remove the plastic cup from inside the container before heating.

1. Preheat to 350F 2. Pour sauce on top 3. Cook for 12 min or until heated through

3rd time.. I don't know what these "endives" are, but this Herb Crusted Cod is the greatest!

There is far more br...

There is far more breading than fish. Every bite was pure breading, and I would occasionally see a thin piece of cod. There’s too much going on here, I think the tangy beats have no place in this dish. And why the endive leaves if you have to remove them before microwaving???
