The quiche's taste was very good! Crust was flaky and buttery and the fillings were also delicious. But the portion was a bit small for the cost. For a similarly sized quiche I could get it for cheaper at a midtown Whole Foods. Additionally, with arugula salad, I thought they meant an actual salad on the side but it turned out to just be the quiche lying on a bed of arugula leaves and two grape tomatoes. The roasted beets weren't very good, they were a bit too undercooked for my taste. But they are the better of the side dishes that I've tried thus far.

The quiche was delicious. I removed the arugula and tomatoes from under the quiche added fresh mozzarella and sweet onion and dressed in while balsamic and olive oil. The beet s went in the trash. I don't eat beets and was surprised to see them as salad Starr
