His dad has been his biggest influence in the kitchen, and Chris credits him with his own ability to shop for the right ingredients and season dishes. He also considers everyone he has worked with along the way as a sort of teacher. He loves to cook comfort food and Caribbean food, with an influence of flavors from Asian cuisine. This has a thick grilled pork loin chop that is surprisingly tender. The veggies have lots of chopped garlic. The whole asparagus stalks were well cooked and soft. The portions are generous. This is worth getting again.

This was a great dish! Very flavorful and huge portion. It was a bit salty (even from someone that likes things on the salty side) but didn't kill the dish.
