Red snapper gets a golden sear, locking in its buttery texture and subtle brine. It’s served over jasmine rice stirred through with bright basil pesto. Garlicky spinach adds a savory backbone, while strips of roasted red pepper bring a touch of sweetness to balance the plate.

I would have given this a 5 because it was delicious, but i bit into fish scales & that was a turn-off.

A very large portion. The overall taste was great, but the fish was dry even though I used the oven to warm it. I really wish CU would send steak and fish dishes a little undercooked to prevent this.

Loved the snapper and spinach, the sauce was nice too but a bit to spicy for my taste buds.

Tough dried out fish. Not soft or moist at all. I usually like this dish but not this time.

snapper is a little dry and needs lemon

Waaaayyy too salty. It was completely inedible. We were bummed about that as it seemed like it would be an awesome meal, but the salt was truly astronomical.

Fabulous from first bite to last. Bravo!!

Fish is bland and skin is flabby and off putting. Rice and spinach are OK.

Great flavors. WAY too much salt -over a days recommended amount.
This would be a favorite if I didn’t have incredible dry mouth hours later!

It was good. It was enough for 2 meals. The fish did get a little dry though.
