One of Chef Leah's go-to healthy meals that's absolutely packed with flavor. The miso marinade gives the cod a slightly sweet and umami-filled flavor. The gomaee-style broccolini is a side dish that eats well hot or cold and the lemon gives it a nice freshness to balance out the richness of the fish.
The fish is delicious. I wish the broccolini were more thoroughly cooked (or better yet, replaced with a tender vegetable like bok choi). The rice is also very plain - it could use its own sauce.
