One of Chef Leah's go-to healthy meals that's absolutely packed with flavor. The miso marinade gives the cod a slightly sweet and umami-filled flavor. The gomaee-style broccolini is a side dish that eats well hot or cold and the lemon gives it a nice freshness to balance out the richness of the fish.

The fish is delicious. I wish the broccolini were more thoroughly cooked (or better yet, replaced with a tender vegetable like bok choi). The rice is also very plain - it could use its own sauce.

Our go to fish dish when ordering from cook unity. Not sure if its the combination of the miso that pairs so well with the cod, but this dish is always consistently good
