meal

Toasty, melty, and softly spiced, this burrito hits all the right notes. A trifecta of sauteed beans, tortilla chips, and cheddar cheese is layered into a soft flour tortilla, alongside a bright pico de gallo, then toasted until golden. It’s served alongside Chef Ludo’s take on Taco Bell’s cult-favorite sauce, featuring a vibrant mix of spices like cumin, paprika, and chili.

Very tasty. I end up adding scrambled eggs and bacon to spruce it up for a breakfast burrito.
