Delicious! I am not an expert but, in my opinion, every component of the dish was masterfully executed. I eat salmon (sustainably wild-caught) typically once a week on Sundays. I have to plan, defrost, take the skin off, cook the salmon filet and prepare a sauce and two side dishes for just myself, because I am the only one who likes seafood. Thank you!

Salmon was tasty, not fishy, and good portion. Broccoli was perfectly cooked! Could’ve used a bit more sauce.

Loved the dish. The chia baked salmon was so good and went perfectly with the cauliflower rice and broccoli. Yummy!
