Chicken Khao Soi

A Northern Thai classic—Khao Soi—is reimagined with tender chicken, springy wonton noodles, and a rich, coconut-based curry broth. Finished with bright green onion, fresh cilantro, minced shallots, and a squeeze of lime, every bowl hits a perfect balance of creamy, savoury, and refreshing.
