This is one of my favorite od the vegetarian meals. great flavors, thr veggies are all nicely cook, and you can enjoy it cold or warm!

Loved that this didn't need to be heated so it was great for lunch. This was better than I expected it to be - pretty filling and the sauce was delicious!
