Chef Ruben's take on chicken pipian is made with juicy chicken legs marinated in a nutty, spicy chipotle sauce. His pipian uses sesame seeds in place of pumpkin seeds and gets its subtle heat from chipotle, poblano, and jalapeño peppers. Floral saffron-infused yellow rice and lightly steamed broccoli round out this dish that will leave all your senses craving for more.

Perfect balance between meat, veggies and yellow rice. The chicken was juicy and flavorful! It was a big, generous portion. Super filling!
This would have been a five star if the chicken skin wasn’t on, otherwise, this was flavorful, not spicy, and tasted good.
Great food but the package opened up and snet the chipotle sauce all over the box. You really need to improve packaging. Plus, your ice packs tend to leak if I don't get to the box in time. A problem in summer, for sure.
