Chef Cora leans into bold Mediterranean flavors with this comforting yet vibrant dish. Chicken breast is rubbed with a fragrant cinnamon spice blend, then braised low and slow with onions, tomatoes, and oregano. It’s served alongside lemony orzo, garlicky grilled broccolini, and crumbled feta, with a final squeeze of lemon for extra zest. A nourishing, aromatic feast that’s both hearty and refreshing.
