Bischof started baking professionally at the age of 14, and has held jobs in the food service industry in both baking and culinary since that time. Even prior to Bischof’s attendance at The Culinary Institute of America, she was planning her dream business: of owning a breakfast cafe and bakery. After learning about the food hall model, she re-imagined her dream to include that option.
